The Cokato Musuem presents both temporary and permanent exhibits. The museum's permanent exhibits cover the area's social, economic, and cultural development. They include the Pioneer Log Home, Savu Sauna, Victorian Parlor, Titrud Round barn, and Main Street. There are also displays outlining the area's religious history, the impact of the railroads, and the many schools that educated area youth.

The temporary exhibits are set up in the temp exhibit gallery. These displays usually almost always revolve around an historic theme in Cokato's past. Temporary exhibits run three to five months, depending on the time of the year.
